Bookings & Confirmations

  • Bookings must be made via our website, WhatsApp, or by calling our representatives.

  • A booking is confirmed only when full or advance payment has been received.

  • You will receive a confirmation message or email once your booking is accepted.

Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made through UPI, bank transfer, or third-party gateways such as Razorpay and Paytm.

  • Full or advance payment must be made by the due date provided during booking.

  • Failure to pay on time may result in automatic cancellation of your booking without prior notice.

  • In case of cancellation due to non-payment, applicable refund policies will apply as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Services Provided

Our services include accommodation, transportation, meals, and local support throughout your pilgrimage. The services included vary by package and are clearly mentioned on each destination page.

Itinerary & Alterations

Highlighters reserves the right to make minor adjustments to itineraries due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, roadblocks, natural events). You will be informed in advance about any significant changes.

Responsibilities & Liability

While we coordinate your travel services with care, we are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by airlines, trains, or blocked roads.

  • Strikes or natural disasters.

  • Loss or theft of personal belongings.

We strongly recommend travelers take appropriate precautions with their valuables.

Code of Conduct

Pilgrimage trips are spiritual in nature. We expect respectful and appropriate behavior from all travelers. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the trip without a refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, and package details — is the property of Highlighters Travel and may not be reused without our permission.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or your use of Highlighters Travel services, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Force Majeure

Highlighters Travel shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, terrorism, government actions, pandemics, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to inform customers promptly and provide alternative arrangements where possible.
